An English teacher, with an expertise in Shakespearean literature, told me that “adieu” in french means goodbye; I give you or it to God.  I think of “adieu” as a kind, loving, and permanent, farewell blessing.

Today, please join me in taking a mindfulness moment for “Adieu.” Release all the struggles, the hurts, the judgements, the anger, the frustrations, the disappointments, and all the “its” needing  a big loving “Adieu.  Be thankful and grateful, and then breathe in the abundant light, goodwill and endless possibilities of this wonderful New Year.

Life is a miracle; the journey’s a prayer.

Prayers Work.
